숙박 시설은 넓고 주방 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 수영장, 사우나, 온수 욕조, 자쿠지 등 풍부한 시설을 제공합니다. 객실과 침대는 쾌적하고 편안하며, 커피 플렌더가 추가되면 완벽할 것입니다.
Worst ever experience at this place. Was told to leave a day before because they overbooked. Telling me I said will stay for one night but paid for two nights.
Refused to get my one day money back. Had to end my holiday early and go home because of greedy staff. The hotel stunk no toilet paper. Got stopped by the cop trying to get out because shooting in the motel.
Do not go here!!! Wasting your time and money.
This property needs work it’s a bit tired. The I internet is not good.

Up market, private spa, sunny deck, what more would you want? My advice is don’t book it. We looked at the facilities and didn’t bother unpacking the car. It is in need of a major spruce up.
The room had a weird and musty smell as if it had been closed up for days. The furnishings looked as if they had come from an op shop. So just keep driving. It’s not worth the money.
The linen was dirty, the room was smelly and when I booked a room, I had specifically asked for one with a spa pool and I PAID for it.
However, we got a room with a spa bath that didn't work! We were told that there were no other rooms. I asked why did you say yes we have a room available for you with a spa? I speak not good English was my reply!
At the end of my stay, I was told that some of the other tenants were actually homeless, drug * and the place was used for emergency housing! Never again!
It was an extremely disappointing stay at P.S.L. for what was supposed to be the lead up to my birthday on Dec.11th. My partner of 15yrs, proudly made the booking himself but didn’t check out the ratings (there were none to be seen).
It wasn’t what we would have expected. • Parking was a squeeze as another guest couldn’t park straight. • I literally wanted to leave after 5 mins of being in the room - It had a musky odour that never went away. • The indoor table was budget and marked • The indoor chairs were coming apart on the corners • The carpet wasn’t clean and fresh.
• The wardrobe doors and walls were scuffed, marked and unclean. Back of the front entrance door, also marked and dirty. • The ranch slider sills were dirty with mould and dead flies. • The outdoor table was rusty and the glass top not wiped.
We had to clean it ourselves with hand soap from the kitchen • There was a huge cobweb in the corner of the outdoor spa – I definitely wasn’t getting in that. • 1 ply toilet paper – thanks for nothing. • Flimsy plastic toilet seat • Broken flush button on toilet. • No towel rail in the bathroom – just rusty protruding parts left where there may have been one.
• Shabby bathroom cabinetry with peeling paint on edges and filthy dirty behind the U bend. • Unsightly markings around the door knob in the bathroom – goodness knows what that was. • There was no milk supplied for tea and coffee - shouldn’t have had to ask for it. Very unprofessional management.
Because of the uncleanliness of the room, we didn’t feel assured of sleeping in the bed either so we chose to sleep on top of the bed, using the bed throw as a blanket. I didn’t sleep well, the odd time with people upstairs walking around, people talking loudly outside and at one stage what sounded like domestic violence i.e. drunken male yelling, then female yelling. Hence, we got up early, no shower, straightened the bed and unused towels better than we found it, and left around 6.45am on Sunday morning.

원래는 수영복을 가져오는 걸 잊어버려서 어떻게 해야 할지 몰랐던 것 같아요. 그런데 작은 온천이 실내 천연온천에 있어서 너무 편했어요. 몸을 담그고 나니 피부가 너무 좋아졌어요. 여사장님 또한 매우 열정적이었습니다.
우리가 갔을 때는 매우 늦은 시간이었습니다. 문 앞에 있는 슈퍼마켓은 문을 닫았습니다. 여자 사장님이 우리를 더 먼 곳으로 데려다 주었습니다. 물건을 사는 곳
Loveeeeeeee the huge outdoor tub for hot spring!
Room is considered very clean although there are some spiders and cobwebs around, but this is normal and acceptable since the outdoor tub area is of nature settings. Tub is very clean too btw. The huge sofa and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has a microwave oven which is very convenient although we didn't use it.
Location is right beside some eateries and a supermarket (the fried chicken and fries are very nice in the supermarket!). A 5-10mins drive to Helensville with another supermarket and more eateries. Tried the sushi shop and thai food, both are good. Overall we had a great stay and would like to thank the friendly host too!
杯子很臟，是我住過的新西蘭旅館裏最臟的，設施很好，一間房間一個室外温泉，這種設施3人175紐幣，在新西蘭屬於性價比非常高的。因為Parakai屬於温泉區，自然的温泉真的非常舒服。自助入住退房，在新西蘭屬於常見，但是非常不巧，wifi壞了，攜程非常負責，不斷聯繫酒店（因為辦公室一直沒人），最後退了我100元，贊一個。 推薦入住，但是建議自己帶杯子等用具。
Motel staff were all very friendly, 10/10 for the motel cat Winston is super friendly!!
It’s a nice place for a getaway however on the cleanliness side I had to give a low rating due to the poor quality of cleanliness, spiders and webs along with other crawlies all around the place, stains on the walls that looked very unpleasant. With a proper clean and upgrade I’m sure this place will be a seller!!!
Reasonable for the price The accommodation was exactly what was advertised and about what you’d expect for the relatively inexpensive price. The room was tired but spacious and clean enough. Couldn’t locate an iron or board in the room.
Don’t leave food out in the kitchen or the ants will be in it within about 10 minutes. Nice to have a mineral pool attached to the room. Close to a Four Square as well as a few takeaway options. Self check in worked for us.

This was a great venue for our work planning and team building day. Fantastic lunch, relaxing venue and fun wine-related activities and lawn games in the afternoon. Would definitely book it again for another small group event. Thank you for a nice day that everyone enjoyed.
I booked VC for wine lovers for my Mums birthday and was blown away!
We got an exclusive tasting tour for just us two with great wine and great yarns, learning about the local wine community. The cottages have so much care annd anttention put into every detail and topped off with a cute breakfast with fruit from their orchard too! Can’t recommend enough!
Great atmosphere We stayed here when attending a nearby wedding. Check in was done at our cabin effortlessly.

Surprisingly great cottage accommodation near Auckland. Could be good for an extended stay, but we had only the one night. The property is in a recessed gully on the land, so suffers from poor mobile connectivity, and the on-site WiFi was no better in the specific cottage we had -- wouldn't do for us for a longer stay.
Some of the other units (opposite side of the gully) may have better reception. Hosts were great, and we have only praise for everything else but the lack of decent internet.

We had a great stay here for 4 nights, the rooms were super comfortable with unique decor in each room. It was very handy to beautiful beach and shops. The hosts were excellent- welcoming and very accommodating. We would love to stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.
Great place to stop when driving from Auckland to the Bay of Islands.
Spacious, very comfortable, and clean. Well-appointed with lovely eye for detail. Friendly and informative welcome by Donna-Marie, excellent location across the road from a beautiful beach and only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Able to park directly outside our room, good for getting luggage in and out.
Checked in overnight on our way up to Ahipara.
Like the Bolton and Tauranga on the Waterfront it has been refurbished but in a baroque slightly kitschy style. It was pretty spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a comfy stay. However there is no vanity bench as such to put anything on. The Hibiscus Highway is busy all day and all night but there is double glazing to lessen the impact.
It is quiet enough to sleep with everything closed but would not be restful during the day if you want to sit outside. The beach is across the road and shops and restaurants are an easy stroll away.
This was only a stop over to break journey from Bay of Islands to Coromandel so we didnt see much of town. However owner v helpful: gave recommendations for dinner. Room plenty large enough with good facilities.
We were on first floor but could park car virtually outside.About 3/4 mile from main restaurant/bar/cafe part of town. Plenty of choice there. Beach ( flat , shallow and long) is just across road and worth a stroll
Beware, bookings are interpreted by thier management, do not pay upfront they will take your money, non refundable because 'they' deside what you should have, not what you book!! they are not to be trusted, and wil lie thier way into taking your money, booking made through * Reception could not be found behind the scaffolding and construction materials.
